精选猛钢、合金板、焊达钢等特种模具钢，具有高耐磨、高韧性、耐高温、抗疲惫等特征。

Selected manganese steel, alloy plate, Hardox steel and other specialized steels are highly durable, tough, high temperature resistant, fatigue resistant.

周详加工：数控装备装配

Precision machining: numerical

control equipment

采用高精度数控装备（如龙门加工中央、CNC、线割等）加工模具型腔。

严酷节制要害尺寸，确保模具精度同一，砌块成型棱角清楚、不容易失角。

Adopt high-precision numerical control equipment like gantry machining center, CNC, wire cutting machines and so on to process the cavity of a mould.

Strictly control key sizes, ensure uniform accuracy of the mould, making bricks formed with strong and sharp edges and corners.

热处置惩罚工艺

Heat Treatment Process

经由过程调质、淬火、碳氮共渗等工艺，精准节制温度与时间。

使模具外貌硬度达60-64HRC，硬度梯度节制于1.5妹妹之内，年夜幅晋升耐磨性与抗震机能。

The mould has to go through many processes including tempering, quenching, carbonitriding during which the temperature and time are precisely controlled.

The surface hardness of the mould will be up to 60-64HRC, and the hardness gradient will be controlled within 1.5妹妹, which greatly upgrades the durability and shock resistance.

精益组装

Precision Assembly

由经验富厚的装置钳工完成焊接、加固与总体拼装。

再经龙门铣、数控装备精修平面、定位孔等要害部位，确保安装精准。

The mould is fully assembled through processes such as welding reinforcement performed by experienced assembly fitters.

Gantry milling machine and numerical control are used for the precision finishing of surfaces and locating holes and other key parts in order to ensure precise installation.

全流程质检

Full-Process Quality Inspection

每一道工序均设专业质检岗亭，对于焊缝、螺栓、型腔尺寸等逐项检测。

出厂进步行承载能力、脱模机能等多项调试与测试，保障模具运行高效不变。

Inspectors are in every process, prudently checking weld seams, bolt tightness, the size of cavity and other parts one by one.

There are many tests and debugging to ensure the mould running efficiently and stably before delivery.

终检与防护

Final Inspection and Protection

完玉成部工序后，举行去毛刺、抛光、喷漆、防锈处置惩罚，确保模具无缺交付客户利用。

The mould will be delivered to the customer after finishing all processes including deburring, polishing, painting and rust-proof treatment.
